Precipitation Hardening

The main characteristics of the steel line known as PH are high corrosion resistance, excellent workability and high mechanical strength.

It is an ally to chemical, petrochemical, machinery and equipment industries.

Among the steels supplied by Villares Metals within this line, the following noteworthy:

V630 (17-4PH / UNS S17400 / WNr. 1.4542)

Precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel. It has an excellent combination of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Great dimensional stability. Used in aircraft parts, oil field equipment and several other applications.
